FIRST PRIZE: One first prize winner (the “First Prize Winner”) will be awarded a Cub Cadet® XT2 LX46 lawn tractor (the “First Prize”). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is $2,499.Sponsor does not make, nor is Sponsor in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the First Prize, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; the only representation/warranty/guarantee that may be provided relative to the First Prize, if any, are those of the manufacturer and/or dealer. First Prize Winner must accept delivery of the tractor at a dealership to be determined by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that dealership has received the tractor. First Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements.
SECOND PRIZE: One second prize winner (the “Second Prize Winner”) will be awarded one certificate that is good for one set of four Goodyear tires from Goodyear® and has an ARV of $1,800 (the “Second Prize”). The certificate is good for one set of four Goodyear tires, with a value of up to $1,800 and is subject to all terms and conditions listed thereon. Mounting, balancing, valve stems and incidental shop or disposal charges and taxes (where applicable) are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Second Prize Winner.
THIRD PRIZE: One third prize winner (“Third Prize Winner”) will be awarded two Traxxas 1/10 Slash 2WD RTR; Courtney Force Edition and one (1) TRAXXAS 6570 Remote Control Vehicle Drag Timing System having an ARV of $690.83 (the “Third Prize Winner”).
