HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter.

Method #1: Online Entry. To enter online:

Purchase an item (the “Item”) from www.SteinMart.com
Upon receiving the Item, take a photo of yourself wearing or using the Item OR take a photo of the Item in its Stein Mart shipping package (the “Photo”)
Visit www.steinmart.com/style and follow the instructions to upload the Photo, complete the entry form, including your name and email address and submit (the “Online Entry”)

Online Entries must be received between Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 12:00:01 AM ET and Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.steinmart.com/category/customer+service/privacy+and+security.do.
Method #2: Instagram Entry: To enter via Instagram:

Purchase an Item from www.SteinMart.com
Upon receiving the Item, take a photo of yourself wearing or using the Item OR take a photo of the Item in its Stein Mart shipping package (the “Photo”)
Log in to your Instagram account, follow @shopsteinmart on Instagram and upload and share the Photo to your public Instagram account, including the hashtags #SteinMartStyle and #Sweepstakes in the Photo caption (the “Instagram Entry”)

Instagram Entries must be received between Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 12:00:01 AM ET and Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Message and data rates may apply. Entrant’s Instagram settings must be public. Instagram Entries uploaded from “private” Instagram accounts will not be eligible. Instagram entrants must follow and continue to follow @shopsteinmart on Instagram through at least October 4, 2016 in order to be notified in the event he/she is a potential winner. By submitting an Instagram Entry, Entrants agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram LLC. Method #3: Free, Alternate Method of Entry (“Mail-In Entry”):

To enter without purchase, mail a postcard, including your full name, complete mailing address, email address and phone number (the Mail-In Entry”) to: The Stein Mart #SteinMartStyle Sweepstakes, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Sunday, August 14, 2016 and Tuesday, September 6, 2016, and received by Tuesday, September 13, 2016. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

Limits: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per day regardless of the method of entry. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per Item. All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete Entries will not be accepted and are void.

Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account. Once an Entry is submitted it cannot be modified by an entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, invalid, misdirected, undelivered, or delayed Entries. No altered or incomplete submissions will be accepted.

Online and Instagram Entries may be posted to a public gallery on Sponsor’s website and/or social media sites. The Sponsor will review all submitted Entries prior to such Entries being published and reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject, disqualify and/or remove any Entry that violates these Official Rules without any notification or warning. Posting to the Sponsor’s Website does not indicate the Entry has complied with the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to post sample Photos it has created in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor does not guarantee the posting of any Entry. Photos posted to the Sponsor’s Website and/or social media sites are the views/opinions of the individual entrant and do not reflect the views/opinions of the Sponsor in any manner.
